Suspension means after the start of program execution, cannot proceed to the implementation due to special circumstances, the Court ruled to suspend the program until after the Elimination of continuing unfinished implementation.
Implementation of one of the following conditions occurs, the Court shall make a decision to suspend:
Applicants can be postponed;
Case for execution there is grounds for objection;
As the death of a party, need to wait for the succession rights or obligations;
As one of the parties of the termination of legal person or other organization, person succeeding to its rights and obligations has not been determined;
Other circumstances as the Court deems the suspension of execution.
After suspension ruled by the Court, not subject to application of the Executive term limits. In other words, the applicant finds the person subjected to execution obligations of conditions (there should be a new evidence of the fulfilment of the person subjected to execution), may apply to the courts for recovery implementation program.
